In order to purchase a handgun out of state you will have to make arrangements with a local dealer back home to receive the handgun and do the paperwork for you. No questions ---- fill out the 4473 --- have them make the call to the FDLE and if you still check "clean", pay the dealer in any form they want --- plastic, cash, or trade-ins --- you get to walk out with the hand gun.
