Just came up with a 1873 Winchester .44 cal. serial # 192931 B with Kings Improvement. Does that add much if any to the price? "THANKS" VGUN1

All 1873's were made with King's Improvement. I believe that was the loading gate which was an improvement over the tube-loaded Henry rifle and first introduced on the Model 1866 Winchester.

All Winchester Model 1866s, 1873s, and 1876s were made with the King's Improvement patent (dated March 29, 1866).
