Does anyone know where I could find a manual/part diagram for a Model GT26 Excam? The safety lever falls out and I believe it is missing a C ring but can not tell for sure. Thanks for any help.

I have a copy of the GT27, wonder how close it might be to the GT26??

Found a schematic listing for the 26 and the 27, both are almost the same. Doesn't show a "c" ring holding it in place...

I located a diagram on "gun-parts" but can not tell what or how the safety lever is held in. Do you have any idea?

Thanks for the information. The diagram I found was for a 27 also. I found nothing on the 26 but the photos and parts look the same. I too did not see the C clip or any other way to hold the safety lever in place. Thanks again for your help.

Here is a source of parts. They may be able to help you with reassembly information.

The safety lever is held in place by spring tension from the recoil spring and guide. Assembled, the safety stays put. Remove the slide and it will fall out.

Thanks Nunn & Hairy,
After reading your info, I removed the guide which was jammed in place. I smoothed the burr from the nose and it now slides smoothly so it concacts the safety lever. It works properly now. The clip held 7 rounds but jams when racking. The nose of the shell hits below the breech. When I only load 6 shells in the mag the gun operates fine (no jams yet). Do you have any suggestions? I did take the mag apart and clean gunk out from inside the mag and along the follower; however, it still jamed with 7 in the mag. Thanks again for your help.
