It the pump forehand on the Rem 7615 rubs on the barrel a little sometimes, will it change the point of impact of the bullet?

Maybe but not likely. The pressure exerted would be minimal unless you have a sling on a barrel band and pull against the barrel while pushing sidewise on the fore end. I've seen some 760's that had so much wear that the sides of the barrel were showing wear. Inconsistent pressure might throw a flyer occasionally.
