Can anyone tell me if these 2 powders are the same, just relabled? I cant find anymore H870 and it works great in my 25-06 and 7mm mag. It appeares that the burn rate is nearly identical but I want to be certain. thanks.

Hodgdon makes the H870, however, as of July 15, 2002, they stop offering/making it. H869 is probably mislabeled. There's a US869 that Hodgdon also makes. Having said that, they are different powders.

Thanks for the info. Its actually slower burning than H870. That should work out well since H870 isnt made anymore that I can find.
