My account is locked while I was trying to update credit card.
Says to call, NO PHONE NUMBER
Cant get thru the Contact US, system as every option wants a Item number.

Wasted about 20 minutes already trying to find a phone number.

PS the error message says to call, just doesnt tell you how.

Email support on the auction side. They will fix it for you.

The forums and the auctions are two seperate entities. You need to go back to the auction side and email support. Good luck.

Customer service for what?
And calling is pretty easy, a website shouldn't have to tell you how to make a phone call...

I havent sold in a while, and I had to do some kind of ID verify thing, that went thru fine, but then I also updated my credit card, in which I must have typod something, too many tried on Credit card, account is locked and under review. Error message then states please call customer service.

I only sell guns once in a while, and I decided to do that today, got everything ready and now this nonsense.

Not even sure if they are open today, could take 48 hours for email to go through. Quite honestly really do not like the frustration. No response by noon and I might register on the other site :)

Plug your auctions when you get them listed here.

I don't think you would get better service anywhere and especially they won't sell better on another site.

Auction side questions are not allowed over here, they will respond to you promptly. I'm going to go ahead and lock this up!

You don't need an auction number. Just select "my problem is not listed here" and then open a new support issue.
