I am looking into a more modern burglar alarm system. We have ADT and 2 inside dogs. 1 is a lab/pit mix 53 pounds and the other is a mastiff/shepherd mix at 100 pounds.

I would like something with cameras and that i would get a notice on my phone if we were gone and that i could look in the house on the phone.

Any ideas without breaking the bank?

Almost all IP Cameras will allow this. Especially the kits you get at electronics stores.
Amazon will have many options as well.

The cameras can allow simple HTML based viewing or run through a controller on your home's network and allow an App on your phone to connect and look in.

I have not gotten into the cameras at home yet. At the office and warehouse I can pull up the cameras pretty quickly. Most alarms companies can supply them or you can get all the components on Amazon. I'm intrigued by the Arlo cameras from Netgear but dont know anyone that has them. Still researching. Admin
