I think you can order Conecuh on line...It is one fabulous sausage...get the small casing sausage...Venison sausage is good if you add Bacon pieces...and red pepper..

I like my goose summer sausage.

Gets a hint of liverwurst flavor.

I was wrong. It is available at a little town just 25 miles south of me. What are your favorite flavors, pwillie?

That stuff is really good. I bought the four flavors that they had and tried the hot & spicy using their pork & bean receipe.

I do make my own sausage and jerky, but when the conecuh is on sale, I will load the freezer up... I have to say, I do not recall seeing the Cajun or the Hot varieties here in ATL. I will check when we go to Mom's at Christmas..... I know I have gotten the Cajun down at the beach. Love that in my lowcountry shrimp boil!!

The only thing I know of that Barack Obama and I agree on is Weisswurst the incredible Bavarian breakfast sausage.

I remember a press conference where that was his main statement about that day and I felt the same way when I was at Schloss Neuschwanstein

I have never tasted a sausage that good
