    In a way he is right- All the new homes going up over the last 50 years with no significant expansion of reservoirs/lakes etc.

    Still on going! The fricking fish is not even native. Farmers in North CA were denied water because of it. But in my view it goes back to the environmental wackos and the state pinheads that run government. Even down in the central Valley, Pelosi got the water for her vinyards and farmers were denied.

    It's happening all over the US. Shutting down roads and trails in National Forests, even talking of selling national and state forest land to keep it pristine.
