Whats better? They seem to be about the same price range. That 4.5-14 sure looks nice..

    I have no experience with the V series, but for the money the Grand Slam is a good buy. I would save longer and buy a Burris for most rifles, but have enjoyed trying a bunch of brands, and the Grand Slam has given good service. I tend to low magnification adjustables and low mag fixed powers as I do not varmint hunt.
