Breyer's vanilla bean ice cream,.....

Just had a bowl and it made me cold. I decided the solution was to heat up a brownie, and put some more ice cream on top.

I'll know if it works soon.

    Ice cream is sold by volume - pint, quart, gallon - and unfortunately most companies pump in alot of air, over-run. I pay attention to the weight. Trader Joe's has some really good ice cream. So thick & heavy, you could club a baby seal to death with it.

    I don't buy "vanilla" ice cream no more. They don't put enough vanilla in it to give it a flavor. I just call it "white ice cream."
