palmetto has one for $425 delivered. I think model1sales has them for $525 depending on options.
Is that with the BCG??? You'll find most of these uppers don't include the BCG without you have to add another $125-$150. Now your in the $550-$600 price range pretty much where everyone else is at.

Yes, the text and photos show the BCG and Charging Handle are included.
It's a black gun photographed against white paper towels so detail is hard to see. But at lease one photo has the BCG and charging handle out and laying next to the rest of it.
