Where do you see the advantages for your picks in the LSU-TCU and UW-BSU games

Considering LSU lost so much of their defense from last year, TCU's offense has enough firepower to pull out the win, plus LSU's QB is less than impressive when pressured, and TCU has an aggressive defense. As far as Boise and Washington, I think it comes down to Washington's offense vs, BSU's defense. Plus, gut feeling.

Unfortunately, I'm having to do this from my phone, so it's a little less detailed than normal. I'll try to do better next week![:)]

Lots of work goes into calling that many games. Thanks for your pigskin picks!

The TCU and Boise picks would be the two possible upsets that appear to be a good possibility - good calls, but I'm thinking the Husky win is more gutsy. Although TCU has a very young team and will be starting about ten Freshmen and few Seniors, LSU will be starting half as many Freshmen and maybe a few Seniors. You hit on the right highlights in terms of TCU being aggressive in their play as compared to LSU, and the QB note. I'd add just one thing and that is TCU's highly complex and effective 4-2-5 defense.
    What's next?

I would be careful picking LSU to be upset. Les Miles has something up his sleeve this year. His scrodum has been on a hot plate since losing the title game. If he doesn't produce a good solid bowl game victory this we may see Les Miles working a new SEC team next season.

If LSU can move the ball on the ground, the Frogs are in trouble.

Firing "The Hat" would be a terrible move for LSU.

You don't just pick based on who has the prettiest costume? [:D]
