    I have heard they are in a financial bind there... Like grew too quick? I wanted one of those Carcal 9mm made there, but I have not see many.

    #24 is pretty common to see in a newspaper anywhere there is a large population of Indian expatriates. Kuwaiti times sometimes have nearly a page of them.

    I have a girlfriend that lived in Dubai for about 3 years when her hubby's company moved them there back in the early 80's. She's a pretty blonde and had two toe-headed kids. She said when they were out and about on many occasions traffic would come to a complete stop and people would just stare at them.

    Blonde hair was just something generally not seen.
