My son has one in 6.8. I have an AR in 308. I much prefer the 308 over the 6.8. The 308 is cheaper, more accurate, more potent, better bullet selection.

I have a Rock River ar in 6.8 SPC. I do like it. It is what I call a .270 short. I do not think the .223 is a deer round and therefore why I went to the 6.8. Only this thing is loud. And so I have settled back to bolts in 7-08 and 6.5 and left the AR for range and SHTF times.
Although always described as a cowboy, Roswellnative generally acts as a righter of wrongs or bodyguard of some sort, where he excels thanks to his resourcefulness and incredible gun prowesses.

I've got two of them great caliber on medium game. Just ordered another 100 rounds today from the Sportsmans Guide. Had a $25 gift card and $10.00 coupon that I had to use by midnight tonight. Top one is a CMMG and the bottom one is an Armalite.
