    Went to a driving range once...
    Had a great time!

    Couldn't hit the broadside of a barn 10 yards away...
    But had a blast!!! [:D]

    It looks like the little red doohickey in the middle of the club head is designed to slide. What's the purpose of that?

    It's a counterweight. Moving it front to rear effects swing. Look closely there's another toward the front of the head.

    The red one affects the launch angle while the other one affects a draw or a fade. You can barely see the one at the front as it is slid all the way over to make it draw more.
