    I'm still plannin' on gettin' up to Brady on Saturday.Mohawk won't be able to make it,but I've got another buddy that might ride shotgun.

    Just have to tell you that whenever I see you post I think about this case we prosecuted where one brother beat the bull hockey out of his brother (much alcohol involved) and the beat up brother went and got his revolver and came out of the bedroom and shot his brother.

    The brother who was shot fell to the floor and according to witnesses moaned and said "Ya shot me"

    The beat up brother witht he smoking pistol still in his hand stood over his fallen brother and said: "Aw stop your whining. I shot you low. You ain't agonna die"

    It got funnier. The deputy dog came and put the shooter in the cop car and then went back into the house. The shooter realizing the door was not locked opened the door and walked away he was found three days later but the pistol never was.

    At the trial the jury found the shooter brother not guilty of aggravated assault but did find him guilty of felon in possession of a firearm.

    The only thing we could figure out is the jury decided the brother deserved to get shot.
