I ride a Gas to Noise converter. It's blue with light blue flames, ape hanger handlebars, slow, handles like crap, scares old ladies, vibrates, only gets 45mpg but damnit I look good when I ride it!

I have a few old bikes. Mostly dirt. Kind of a hobby of mine.
    Dirt
1974 Suzuki TM400, Gonna take it out next weekend [:D]
Hodaka Wombat, still need to build the engine
1997 Kawasaki KE100, Fun to putt around on
    1980 Kawasaki KX420

    Three wheelers
    Kawasaki KLT110
    Kawasaki KLT200
    2 Honda 185S's
    Honda 250ES

Only street bike I have had was an '85 Honda Rebel. Traded it to a guy in exchange for installing Hardie siding on my house.

Tomorrow I am going to pick up a 1963 Honda Dream that has been sitting for years. Should be a fun project.[8D]
Friend of mine has an old BMW R70 that I really want to get from him. A nice clean original.[:p]

    redneckandy,

So you have a TM 400 Suzuki, do you want to sell it?...[^]

A 71 (Orange tank) 400 was my first brand new bike I ever bought. It had a widow maker powerband that could get the novice in trouble real quick. I have been wanting to find another one to try and restore...[:)]

The only thing I have left in the way of a motorcycle is a little Honda Trail Bike, a CT-70 that I found at an estate sale back in the early 90s. Little did I know some people have a have a cult like following these days for these little bikes and they collect them until I just happened across someone selling one on a website that we can't mention here some time back. I thought they were out of their mind what they were asking for one until I got to checking around. I think I'll just hang on to it for a while.

They're powerful little machines I like to ride in the woods even with a big old geezer like me on it. That is if I ever get out of this hospital to ride it again someday.[B)]

Should be no surprise but I still have the '80 CBX. Health doesn't let me ride anymore. I still love to fire it up now and then just to listen at the 6-1 header I put on it 45 years ago.
It's too late for me, save yourself.

Unfortunately it's not for sale. It is one of my favorites to ride. The timing advance was a little better on the 74-75's so it is not a "unexpected".
I have thought about doing a full restoration on it, but I know I would never ride it for fear of scratching it.

    redneckandy,

Too bad, I have been on the hunt for one...[:p]

There are ways of taming those early ones, but they are getting harder to find.

The 71 & 72 TM 400's are listed as one of the top 10 most dangerous motorcycles ever made. I have owned three bikes in that top 10 over the years. The TM 400, a 73 Kawasaki two stroke 750 three cylinder, and a 1956 Panhead with a suicide clutch.

    Enjoy that ride...[8D]

I have a Charger electric bicycle. That should count as a motorbike.
I hadn't ridden it in several years but I got a new set of batteries last month & just started again.

Ducati & Triumph here. I normally "upgrade" around year end when they are making deals and my bike is not officially another model year older, but I'll have the two of these in the stable for a long time.

'82 Low Rider/Shovel, first year back from the bowling alley folks, restoration about finished, complete with original paint/pin striping done by the factory. I kept every original part and am returning them to their original places.

    1971 Honda Z50 Mini trail.
    and a 1994 Honda Z50 Mini trail.(My Son's, he's 28 and 6'2" now!)
He looks like a Praying Mantis if he sits on it!
I used to have a 1966 Honda Dream 305 Scarlet Red.
    1975 Norton Commando 850
    1972 Triumph Bonneville 750
Countless 125cc dirt bikes and Enduros.
The one bike I never owned and always liked was a Kawasaki 500 Triple 2 stroke. Man, they were fast!!

    My bikes:
    2005 Suzuki DRZ400S
2007 Kawasaki KLX250S (just got t-boned with this one, broke my knee cap)
    2001 Suzuki DR200ES

I like the smaller dual sport bikes. Both hips are fake, so I'm not comfortable on something with a wide seat, or something too low.

Nice bike, id love to try on someday. My friend out in Arizona has a bunch of beautiful Hondas, including the CBX. His CBX has an odd solo seat that I've never seen before. His bikes are displayed all over his house.

Yes, the original seat is a bit rough on any kind of trip more than an hour or so. I bought a saddle seat for it but it does have a small extension for a passenger. That made a huge comfort difference plus with virtually no vibration it was a sweet ride. Wind noise was a problem with no windshield or fairing. I always rode alone though.

Just depends on the mood. Sometimes I ride the Big Dog:

Other times it may be the Vulcan

or it may be the old Ultra Classic

    sometimes it's the new Limited

    Have three at the moment:
2000 Kawasaki klr650 with almost 40,000 miles (my daily commuter)

1994 BMWR1100RS with about 20,000 miles (weekend fun bike for when I'm feeling civilized)

2004 Ducati ST3 bought used a year or two ago - probably only put a few thousand miles on it so far (weekend fun bike for when I want to release my inner hooligan)

Funny this came up. Have a fully loaded 2010 Goldwing. Donna and I ended up at the Harley dealer today looking at a 2016 leftover, heritage softail classic. Still on the fence and can't get it out of my head. Also have a Kawasaki ZX14. Way too much bike for me and don't ride it much. Sold my YZ 400 because I don't ride that anymore either. Time to clean house and go down to one bike. Oakie
