If that's not enough, you have sea, sand and warm weather while most of us have forgotten what the sun even looks like.[}:)]
Man, that just ain't right.
They're wrong. Not my favorite, but cooked up fresh it's fine eating. Little breading, pan fried with tater tots, some lettuce and tomato on the sandwich... that's good eating there.
Look at the Tacos, the very best I have ever had.
I think that was from Guvamint Cheese's back yard.[;)]
I don't think so. I see a fishing pole in the picture.
Guvmintcheese has his fish trained to jump straight into the net. [;)][:D]
never ate Large mouth bass. Are they good?
Fresh caught bass is a fine eating fish, I like it better than the cat fish sold a Publix.
I'm changing the line to ten pound test, today I lost a second good size fish on the 6 pound line [:(!]

Had me a real good spot at the Southern Edge of Oceanside in Calif.

And it was chilly but gorgeous:
how did you have your drag set? if you lost a bass on 6lb test, the line was either dry rotted, or the drag was set on "full". Set the drag so they can run a little bit, that wears them out. It's like fishing for tuna,...only smaller.[:D]
Larger fish some times rub the line in the drop off, some rocks down there the thinner line brakes.

Here was our first day's catch (there's no limit on stripers or walleye at Lake Powell, Utah):
And it was chilly but gorgeous:
Lottery Catch.. great eating..
Striped bass are tasty, too. Caught this one (of many) last weekend.
Nice looking fish, what bait you used ?

cut 10' off the line every few trips. That gets rid of any frayed or damaged line[;)]

I usually cut 24" every couple fish, the rocks down there are very jagged of coral type, braided line is more resistant to abrasion but been more visible will get less strikes. thanks for the advice.
Capt. Jack Sparrow.
I catch them and release them in a skillet of hot oil. [:D]
Nice catch.
