So I got 3 from the Library. One by defalco- the worst-if you follow his advice you will never eat venison again. He eats the fat, packages the meat with hair on it. And leaves the bullet damaged meat on the eatable parts. He also says the lungs taste good!
Now the best was by browning and jeep. They had a chief and did a good overall job. A little too fancy on the trimming but its nice if you have the time.
Some times I think the hunters just figure the wife will deal with his sloppy meat packages when it comes time to cook.
