Phoned RCBS today

After being on hold for less than five minutes a very nice lady answered the phone. I told her that I wanted to order a primer guide for my RCBS priming tool. She took my name & address & said I should receive a replacement for my broken one in about three days. When I asked about payment, shipping, etc. she said no charge. My tool is well over 30 years old. Wow, what a guarantee[:D] Thanks RCBS. Ed
