I just bought a pistol. I shipped a money order and FFL from TX. The guy I bought the pistol from shipped to my FFL dealer and E-mailed me that he has no FFL. What can I do? Does the gun go back? Are all sellers on gunbroker (that sell guns) supposed to have a FFL?

No where in ATF regulations does it say the sender must have a FFL only the receiving party.

Tell the FFL that received it you want your pistol.

Pick up your gun. Everything is legal.

The dealer I use for transfer transactions always requests that the seller send a copy of their Drivers License with the weapon. Most of the sellers comply.
