Hoo-boy! Gonna cost you- depending on the amount of powder, maybe more than the powder is worth. This will get you started: http://www.ups.com/using/services/accs/hazmat/hzm_home.html That link includes phone numbers for UPS HAZMAT section. You will need a hazmat ACCOUNT with UPS, training, packaging and marking must meet standards, etc etc. If you are talking about a pound or two of powder- IMHO, not worth shipping. Good luck!

It would just about be cheaper to get in the car, pay $2.50 a gallon for gas, and drive it to them.[V]

UPS as long as you declare it, and forget the USPS. Don't try to just package it and sneak it by anyone, they all will catch it at the "sniffer" and it is a major felony.

Thanks for the info, seems like its going to be much more than just paying a fee and and fill out some forms, perhaps I should have asked prior to putting up for auction.

Going UPS it will be $22 plus the standard shipping fees. Please, don't even think about putting it in the US Mail!
