If you need any sandstone I got lots!
From rectangler stone, boulders, slabs, any where from 15 pounds to a few 6,000 pd plus boulders.
Come and get it, but you gota do the work yourself!!!!

You could make mama that fish pond she wants in the back yard, or to decorate your flower gardens / pools.

Tried to use a Garman GPS to plot out the boundry of the new 80 acres....
What a mess, cant find my butt with that fancy think, give me a compass!
Finley tripped over the the S/W & S/E boundry stakes.

This is the large meadow that is over 1340ft long & 200-300 footwide, with a around of 75foot of incline West to East.

The 1340 Ft meadow's pic.

On the south side wooded area. The ticks are horrible in the grass.

About 5 foot into the woods, we see the deer rubs all over the place.

the start of the east woods and meadow, did not measue that one.

Start of the North meadow.

Meet 3 of the 4 neighbors, even if they live almost a mile away.
All are American Native Indians, all fairly nice but good old poor people.

Surrounded by the old wealthy white anglo rancher's, who bought out most of their land in the early 1900's. Its really sad...

On the far east side is a guy that pit fights Pitbull Terriers, did not get to meet him.

From what I have heard, he is a wild child in his 40's.
Lives in one of those 14 or 16ft travel trailers from the early 60's & has I would guess 50-60 dogs, and lots of just plain old trash everywhere.

I'm happy as a lark, I got my own gun range in the middle of nowhere!![:p][:p][:p]
We were blasting the AC556, AR50, PSS, RPD all day long.

But Doris, my wife, still didn't want to give up any money to get it.

I really think $475 a acre is hard to beat, compared to the urban stuff going for $3,000 - $5,000 a acre, and they are getting it too.

Vaction is killn me its 4am - Gotta go to bed!!!

Are you going to fence in some of it to keep your neighbor and his 40 dogs out? Especially if you are planning on fixing some of it up for a range or whatever else. Don't need anyone trashing it!

I see you found the land again. Looks nice.
Looks like Kyle got bit pretty good.
    Did the sheriff come by?

Nice! $475/acre? Wow! That's cheap. Land around here starts at $4000 an acre.

Is dog fighting legal in your state? I would like to throw that * neighbor of yours in the pit and let the pit bulls tear him up.

Nice, I'm very happy for you too, that to me is probably the best investment a guy could make

Buy some chickens they can greatly reduce your tick population

and when is the pond going in?

Pit Dog fighting is illeagal as well as Cock fighting (as in rooster's)...
But alot of it still goes on in the rural areas, as well as the betting....

No, the sheriff did not come by, but I did call him and let him know that I was out there.

Also informered the neighbors that is what I bought the land for, was for Gun Range to shoot guns.
Probally around twice a month, if Iam really lucky.

The land is loaded with signs of wildlife, lots of small caves, burroghs, bunchs of deer tracks & signs of ruting.

Noticed the wild pigs like to follow a small rocky stream trough my property, also got 3 wallows that are at least 30 foot per say.

Saw 3 rabbits, youg hares, lots of birds, did not see any dove or quail.

As some of you guys know I'm not a hunter......
All I kill is beer/soda cans & tear the hell out of paper.

Gotta take the grandson out shopping for shoes & a MP3 player.

    If even that.

    Walte,

That is some fine looking terrain you've got there. I hope you are able to enjoy it my friend. The price certainly would make me smile ear to ear for years to come.

Walte, is it very far out? That looks just like your place. I can see it now; you'll have a small building out there with a tractor and brush hog to keep the meadow clear, maybe even an automatic clay pigeon thrower, etc.
At least you now have a place to let your class III's fly! Congrats! [8D]
