A man here in Oklahoma had been buying Canadian lottery tickets through some "broker". He supposedly won a lot of money and almost a year has passed and he still hasn't received anything. He called the authorities here and basically he is out of luck with the money he spent on them and he could be jailed since Oklahoma doesn't allow gambling (except those Indian Casinos). The details were sketchy on the news, but I wanted to put out a forewarning of both the scam and the possibility of criminal problems, at least depending on the state.
