You have MSN IM, Yahoo IM or AIM?

We've got a dust storm in Baghdad right now. I woke up to the smoke detector going off when my room mate opened the door.

Enough is Enough. Pls kindly stop posting the "kid's" profile. You're becoming a jerk by repeatedly doing so. He/she has changed it.

Opinions are like [email protected], everyone has one.

    drobs;

I will post anything I want to, as often as I want to, if I feel it is pertinent to one or more Threads.

How do you know the age of this poster? Have you read his other posts? I have. I researched where he posted and read what he had to say and how he said it. You sometimes have to read more than just the words sometimes. After all we are all faceless and and some people are nothing more than their Alter Egos, and I don't see anything wrong with that as long as people know what they truely are and not try to fool the Masses. What do you know about Eric Williams and what he was? And why are you calling me names? Have you read Posting Guidelines?

You have been a member here for only 35 days and don't know what kind of things can and do go on here.

If I was a kid and I won this I would take my parents Drivers License and scan and attach it. Then have it shipped to a friends house or maybe a Mailbox Etc. Kids can use a computer much better than I can, and I can do that much.

Again I ask, how do you know how old this person is and his agenda?

One other thing, People post their Profiles to be seen and read and yet you want me to stop posting it so it is not seen. Where do you get your rights from?

Finally made it to page 2.[;)]

I keep getting this failure when shooting PMC X-Tac 62gr ammo. Gun shoots 55grn PMC just fine but ejects it lazily.
    6196370188_b41d6e1bcc_b.jpg

Upper is a 16" DSA Nitride treated carbine upper w/ DSA bolt carrier, Bolt assy & upper were both bought directly from DSA. It is the gun on the right in below picture.

    6953666582_860e84d1af_b.jpg

The gun on the left is a Bushmaster complete upper.
Both are on R-Guns lowers with DPMS LPKs.

Yesterday I cleaned the heck out of the DSA (except I don't have pipe cleaners to clean the gas tube). The gun was dirty, I made sure to check the gas rings and correctly spaced them off set.

Loaded up 3 mags 20rds each of 62gr PMC X-tac.

Shot a 20rd mag of 62gr X-tac through the BM upper gun. No problems each shell casing ejected vigorously to my right rear.

Attempted to shoot a mag of 62gr X-tac through the DSA, rounds lazily eject forward and down (I was on the back deck) from the ejection port till I had the exact same jam as above.

Next I took the DSA upper off the carbine collasible stock lower and put it on the full size A2 Lower w/ full length buffer.

Fired 20rds of 62 grn Xtac - rounds ejected lazily forward (no jams though).

Put the BM upper on the carbine lower, rounds ejected vigorously to my right rear.

That tells me the lower is fine and the carbine buffer & buffer spring are fine.

Then I swithched bolts, BM bolt in DSA upper, DSA bolt in BM upper.
The DSA upper rifle = lazy forward ejection with the BM bolt.
The BM upper rifle = same vigorous ejection to my right rear with DSA bolt.
Tried that combo switching lowers = same results.

Tells me the DSA bolt's extractor is fine.

Then I was thought, maybe it's those railed handguards torking something. Removed them & fired the gun = same lazy forward ejection w/ DSA upper and DSA bolt.

Lastly tried 55gr PMC in both rifles with same results: Vigorous ejection (right rear) in the BM. Lazy ejection (forward down) in the DSA but no jam.

So Bolt carrier = good. Buffer weight = good. Hanguards = good.

Thinking it has to be the gas tube. I see some carbon build up on the outside of it by the front sight block.

Could be plugged gas tube also.
