Raingutter Regatta coming up, I'm still waiting to find out if there will be any additional Pack restrictions or if we will be following national rules.

Anyway, what have your experiences been with the Regatta? Are the catamarans taking over everywhere? I'll be presenting the boy with his design options once we find out the details.
