    I found what used to be a trapdoor in a barn we tore down once. Hidden behind a plank on the wall. Not very much left of it, seemed to have gotten wet quite a lot over the last many years. Still a neat wall hanger though.

    Why does everyone feel the need to burn that much powder?

    In the early 50's 1954-1956? some maintenance workers were working in the basement of the Kansas State Capitol. They found a false wall and behind it was also a case of springfields. They were marked bibles. From the Beecher bible and rifle society. There is a lot of confusion about where they ended up.[?]
