Cook them babies in a skillet with some Teriyaki sauce. Add you some cut up green peppers, onions... and make some rice on the side.

Beat 'em flat with a meat tenderizing mallet, sprinkle with oregano and thyme, then roll it up with a slice of swiss cheese inside. Cook in olive oil, salt and pepper. Deglaze the pan with a pit of white wine to create a sauce; serve hot.

I do this one at camp once in awhile.

    Clouder..

Marinate them in Itailian dressing and dark beer overnight. Wrap with bacon held together with toothpicks, throw them on the grill.

    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

Dunkem in Saviory Hot Sauce and slap them on a hot grill add Black pepper and then when they need to be turned dunk them again. If you want them[:D][:p] hotter just dunk them again just before you take them off the grill.

Grind it up real fine, mix it in with some sweet feed and feed it to your cow.
Then, butcher the cow and eat him.[8D]

A pat of butter in a frying pan.

Cook until opaque at the edges. Turn once.

Salt and pepper to taste while in the pan. Low and slow is the key. If the butter is browning them, your heat is too high.

Pound them flat. Roll them in some marjoram and flour, with a bit of black pepper. Brown them good in some butter. Remove. Saute some mushrooms, sliced greeen onions in the leftover butter till they are tender. Put the chicken back in. Dump in some chicken broth, and a little marsala wine. Cook until a thickish gravy forms, and serve it over rice. I'm assuming you know how to make rice![:D]

That sounds really good. But you know marjoram is only legal in CA? Right?
