LOL, Only some of the most beautiful women that ever walked the planet. They fueled probably trillions of boyhood fantasies around the world.

Ann Margret, Julie Newmar, and Babs Eden for me.

I met Eden about 20 years ago aned she was gorgeous in person (and also a very nice person) so she must have been 50 or so at the time.

My favorite is Betty Page and she's about 78 or 79. Doesn't look like she used to but then neither do I.

    SP,

Do you have a link or a source for a recent photo of Betty Page? I understood she refused to be photographed for many years, wanting her fans to remember her in her prime.

    Thx

There was a photo of Page attending a party at Hugh Hefner's place published in Playboy about a year ago. I may have saved it and if I did I'll post it when I get home after Tuesday.

Yes, page had a breakdown and became violent, attacking a neighbor with a knife. She was institutionalized for a short time. After years of others cashing in on her image she has lately been benefitting from sales of pictures, posters, etc. Up until 2-3 years ago she was living on social security somewhere in So. Cal. She is doing much better now financially and has become less of a recluse. She did refuse photos saying she didn't want her fans to see her looking old but at least one pic was published.

If you want a REALLY depressing thought, consider that I'm sleeping with somebody's grandmother.

When I had a record store in El Cajon, a guy who worked for me would drive all the way there before work to get some bread. Bread to eat.. that is!

Been a while since I was at Dudley's.

Also when Annette Bening was 17, she took a scuba class that I taught. Her mother was also taking the class and making sure that none of the males got near her. She was as cute as a button, and her mom was a looker also.

When I Wintered-Over one of the guys had a record of Ann Margret singing Baby it's cold outside. I guess he wore that record out. It was pure torture. I can't think of Ann Margret as anything but early twenties. In my head, she'll always be young and beautiful. [:)] [8D]
