I know it is double book price, but what the hay. It is a model I've wanted.
I had a .380 a while ago, and I learned a few things to make them reliable.
That piece dissappears in a back pocket.
Anyway, if one was for sale around here, it would me MORE money, and beat-up.

Too bad that last bidder jumped in at the end and upped it $60.

I had a strong feeling that was what you were referring to, even before I clicked on the link. I've been craving one of those myself. Nice piece. Congrats. Enjoy! [^]

I would have sold you mine if you posted you wanted one. Only about 10 rounds through it. I found it heavy for the pocket but excellent in a small waistband holster. Fire it at night. you'll LOVE the flame that shoots out. if you're close enough to a perp, you'll give them 3rd degree burns if you miss.[:D] Enjoy it. I put the small rubber sleeve on the grip, to give me a better grip.

PS I haven't looked up the "book price" but you won't find then much less than what you paid. Enjoy it. It's a "blast".

    Jim-

    [:)][:D][:)][;)] I wholeheartedly [^]approve.

Sometime ago I had one of the .380 Back-ups, which is nothing like this one. The .380 was single action, while this one is strictly double action. It is not a super light (weigth) pistol, and be thankfull for that, because it kicks like a mule in heat. But the impact at the bad guys end is worse [:D].

You know the routine. Find ammo and mags that work well, and practice, practice, practice. [8D][8D]

In .45, that is gonna be a handful. I can only imagine the flame that thing will produce when you shoot it. It looks like you actually got a pretty good price on it. I saw one at a gun show recently listed for more than that.

My SECOND firearm purchase was a very uncomfortable AMT 380 Backup.
Really pounded the hand, and scared Jesus into me.
It was 100%, though. Should have kept it.
Yes, the little one was a flamethrower.
I even get a spout of flame from my 4.25"BBL Para LDA

This AMT sure is not a plinker. It has one use only. Self-protection, once it runs it's laps.
