Larry,
With the confirmation hearings of Judge John Roberts about to
begin (Sept. 6), the Center is asking ALL team members to
please consider helping us create a strong Christian presence
in our nation's capital during the hearings.
+ + Scores of Volunteers Needed
Larry, the anti-faith, anti-family organizations will
be out in full force throughout these hearings--trying to
influence the confirmation vote.
Behind the scenes, the Center will be countering their efforts
through a petition presentation, phone calls, and faxes to key
senators. But just as importantly, we must be a vibrant Christian
presence in front of the camera as well.
Can you help?
Whether you can volunteer for a day or a full week, your help
would provide a tremendous boost to the Center and what we are
trying to accomplish. If you can help, please call the Center

"volunteer" in the subject line of your e-mail).

Larry, given the importance of these hearings--especially
how Roberts' confirmation may impact us for generations to come,
and the strong negative presence that will be made by groups
like NARAL Pro-Choice America, MoveOn.org, and others, it is
our fervent hope and prayer that many of our team members will
turn out to help during the week of September 6.
Also, please encourage your Christian friends and family to join
with you. In addition to helping us make a strong pro-family,
pro-faith presence, it will be a wonderful time to fellowship
with other Christians and leaders from around the nation!
