Gun pictures

A while back, I saved a bunch of gun pictures from the internet by using the "print to file" command from the print menu on Windows XP. Each time I did it, the computer created a file with a .prn suffix. Now I want to clean up my drive by deleting unneeded files. How can I review what each one of these .prn files is in case I want to keep it? I can't find any program that will let me view these files. Anyone?
Thanks.
