the problem is your ignition switch *'y, a common problem on Caravans and it causes most of the accessories on the car to not work as well as tripping the ABS and airbag lights. The switches are pretty cheap and available at most parts houses.

P.S. had you asked this question at Gunsandall instead of GB your car would already be fixed.[;)]

    Well...Thanks. But I put the new alternator and battery on, and all is well. Everything went back to working perfectly. I will keep the switch in mind if it happens again.
