Organizations that aren't so organized. Banks, Medical Clinics,Insurance Companies, Nursing Homes and Pharmacies. None of them seem to have a left hand that knows what the right hand is doing.I have had administrative problems with each in the last month! The worst part is they do not seem to care. fBeing an advocate or yourself and your family has become a full time job! Customer service has sunk to new lows in our society from my point of view.

What the heck happened to fair application of rules, or does that not apply to you nunn. I suppose you just apply the rules wherever and whenever it suits you. The above quotes certainly don't look like being nice to me, and so long as someone is rude to me it will be returned in kind. If you had been applying rules fairly across the board in the first place we wouldn't have this situation now would we.
