Shameless M1 plug: Springfield and IHC

I have two M1s listed tonight. I normally don't allow my M1s to compete against each other, but these two rifles will appeal to different sets of buyers.

The first is a mid-WWII Springfield with an excellent WWII barrel, which is not common due to the use of corrosively primed ammunition. This is a good looking WWII era M1 and would be great in the field or on the range:

The second rifle is a very nice International Harvester which was rebuilt at Red River in 1964 and appears to have never been issued.

This rifle looks like a new inside and out and the barrel is essentially brand new. The wood is incredible; it looks like furniture grade walnut. I don't know who was doing the rebuilding at Red River, but one of the team must have been a cabinet maker because you just don't find arsenal wood that looks like this.

International Harvesters are tough to find. The CMP sold out back in March of 2015, so if you want a Tractor Garand then this rifle is well worth considering.
