OSHA question

If a company had at least 2 workers sent to the hospital over the last year should the RCR be at 0.0 according to the paperwork OSHA makes us post on the wall?

No...if there was any lost time from work...recordable case rate....if the emp returned to work during shift then 0.0 is ok

You can have a recordable and not a lost time case. You can't have a lost time case without a recordable.
I would say that someone going to the hospital, getting burned and bandaged would be a recordable.
