My snake just finished shedding his skin so he hasn't eaten in over a week. Usually when I give him the mouse he takes about an hour to catch and eat. Not today, he had that mouse the second it hit the bottom of his feeding cage.

What is the purpose of having a reptile in a cage?....
My son found him in a park starving and nearly dead. He had no idea what to do with him so here he is. Some other parent's kid most likely left home and the parents not wanting the snake let the snake go. Snakes lives matter.
