Lightweight affordable AR forend

Doing my first AR build (congratulations, I'm now part of the cult, you brought this on yourselves, really, so I'm not going to be held responsible for anything that happens now that you've let me through the church doors) and the barrel is a heavy profile one that adds heft to the front.
So I'm looking for the lightest weight, reasonably priced forends that meets these criteria:
1. Lightweight
2. Reasonably priced
3. capable of mounting a pistol foregrip with light.
I don't really care how long it is or how much barrel is exposed, in fact, shorter is better as I want this thing to be a one off in my style: a dysfunctional blend of the past and contemporary, a mutant looking creation that is recognizable as to species, but still consciously repulsive to onlookers.
Anyway, the drugs are really kicking in so I can't wait to see what you miscreants come up with.

I have the rifle length on one of mine. Works fine. Lightweight and you can bolt rails on.

Just walk away. They are like crack. I didn't like em at first, now I think I am addicted.

Close. Anything in aluminum, skeletonized perhaps?

Buy another safe now, you are gonna need it. [^]
You, my friend, have officially opened pandora's box. You will become hooked, you will build more, you will spend hours on triggers, barrel nuts, looking for launched springs and pins. Then just when you think it is over they will come up with another cool caliber or gizmo you just can not live with out.

That is why I posted the link I did.[}:)]
You'll thank me later.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
