While all the local Power companies are raising rates. Thye one I'm with is Cutting Dec's Bill By 20% because of cost savings they have had this year.

    Theres been a few. hell i remember one company had to go to the state to do it about a year ago or so. stupid isn't it. We want to cut rates but we need permission to do it...
