Another 5.56 Question

AK (MAK 90) in a 5.56 shoots fine. No jams. Clean as a whisle. Well oiled.

Every time it fires and ejects the casing there is a small crease in the middle of the casing. What could possibly be denting the casing in the same spot. (I really need to add a picture.)

I tried both China Sports and UMC. (I consider the UMC a higher quality round.) So I don't think the round is the problem.

It is ejecting the shells just fine. The shells don't appear to be defected and flying in a different angle.

Aside from the fact that I can't reload the casings, should I be concerned about this problem.
