This is the first part from ordinance to dissolve the union of Texas to the other states and Federal govenment

This was penned back on 1 Feb, 1861. Seems that things have come full circle in a way. The Fed Govt has again forsaken the safety of its people on the frontier (read...borders) for the greed of themselves.
