How about some detail pics of the traps? I need to make a BIG dog trap for the dog that keeps crapping in my yard. I'm sick of it! If I catch it, it's going to the humane society, and the owner will have to pay $90 to get it back! If they don't like that, KEEP IT OUT OF MY YARD!

    Thanks!

    Mercury,
How about not punishing the dog for the lack of responsibility of its owner?

Go talk to the dog's owner about it.....nicely.

If that doesn't work, do like I did: Scoop up the poop on a shovel, carry it over to the neighbor's house, ring the bell. When they answer, explain that you spoke to them nicely about it previously, buy you must have been speaking in tongues or something. Anyway, to make sure they understand this time, you are bringing home the stuff their dog left at your place and you don't want to see it happen again. Then say goodbye nicely and dump it right there at their front door. Don't harm the dog or put its life in jeopardy by getting the dogcatcher involved. Poor dog doesn't know any better.

we had so many hogs a few years ago we ask a farmer it he would set and watch some traps.for the last 2 years he has trapped and sold over 100 hogs.we do not see many now but can really hear them.we had food plots in numerous places and the hogs ruined them all.in the next dew weeks i am taking a buddy to the lease and let him hunt while i sit in a trailor with ac.

Them hogs look to be ferel hogs that were turned loose when the market went bad. (Duroc & Oxford) It would be nice to have a few feeder pigs to raise for the pork. I kinda envy you, but I know the destuction they must be making around your property.

The little duroc in the first picture has quite a bad rupture.

dont get me wrong sarge I love traping them and hunting them and kinda would hate it if I removed all loff the lease which wont happen [:D] but they are making a mess of the place and keeping our deer rn off.
the rupture was from her getting po at me tring to load her in the trailer I have done lost one shovle from a boar snaping it in half [:(!][:D]

However, I think it is the back side of the left ear of the pig in the bottom left portion of the picture. The left ear is just at the correct location to look like it is part of the other pigs scrotum.

Them boars can be vicious little critters. We had a 750lb Hampshire boar once. The boss said he wasn't mean. I was tired of being chased around the hog lot by this basturd. Finally one day, as we were feeding and marking sows to move into the gestation pen, That boar hooked my boss with one of those 4" tusks and laid him up for about 3 months. It tore through 3 muscles in his leg and he soon got a terrible infection and tetnis. When he finally returned to work, we loaded that big basturd up and he went to town. I suppose he was dog food.[:D]
