Another Range Report On The New S&W 329 Night...

Guard. I finally got around to shooting my buddy's .44 Mag Ultra Light and that is one SWEET Pistol. Recoil is extremely manageable...and NOTHING like the .460 S&W. I found it to be a pleasure to shoot. He put Crimson Trace Laser Grips on it...so I didn't get to try it with the factory grips, but I really enjoyed shooting it.

This is definitely on my want list. I NEED one of these BAD! I'd like to keep my .460 as we really need more than one bear gun for hiking, but as much time as I spend in the woods, I really have to get me one of these guns. My 460 is so heavy that it throws my back out of whack after a full day of hiking...this 329 is SO light.

Now I just have to figure out how I'm going to swing it...

If you are in the market for a light weight 44 mag bear gun, take a hard look at the 329 Night Guard. Just my .02.[:)]
