    The government does not care what they have to charge you to shoot you with one. Cost is no object to them.

    I would guess you have to keep the target "painted" with the sites for the bullet to make the corrections.

    A guidance package in a .50 BMG projectile, even if it is following a painted target is an incredible bit of packaging.
