how many of you recycle. i myself recycle computers. took in a load of motherboards today and came home with a check for $2350.80. this was all free money to me since every computer that i recycle is given to me. i think i am going to go buy a new Mac computer right now.

    At least they don't reclaim all that metal here in the states. [:D] Let them send it to China for the cheap labor to suck in all those heavy metal fumes. [}:)]

    944 pound at $2.25 per pound also had some memory and some cpu's that i sold

    Can they actually get all the gold out of the CPUs these days? I know older CPUs like the P2 and pentium had lots of silver in them, but i thought the gold in the cpu's of today was to small to reclaim.

    Everything I use comes from this earth, so I give it all back to the earth.

    I dig a big hole with a backhoe, dump it in, and burn it.

    Then I cover it up.

    I recycle as much household stuff that can be recycled. Keeps from filling up the trash can as quickly, which in turn keeps me from using as many trash bags, which in turn keeps me from having to buy as many trash bags, which in turn keeps more money in my pocket. [;)]

    Yes they can, in fact, if you do a little research on the internet, you will learn exactly how to do it yourself.

    You think MP5 made money on this stuff, two weeks ago I cashed in at over $XX,XXX.00 in computer boards. The money's out there guys, all you have to do is be willing to do the work to get it. Keep in mind that MP5 and myself do this in our spare time. And my check was just for the boards, never mind all the cpu's, gold pins, wire, power supplys, steel, gold fingers, aluminuim, etc. that I still have to sell yet. It will make the board money look silly!

    Almost everthing I own has been paid for by recycling. My main area of recycling is Railroad, as most of you know. But the computer side is really starting to take off. Get in while you can.

    Had a guy E-mail me saying his buddy gets $10.00 per pound for boards. You sold $9400.00 worth of boards for $1700.00!

    Whatever.
