I wonder? I have a Taurus 9mm and the trigger is so ruff it is far from accurate, A Charles Daly .45 is also less then ideal. I don't want to spend a fortune though
Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

The CZ guns (75 and 97) have a reputation for accuracy...
Centerfire .357 grizzly mark I with 8" barrel
rimfire .22 ruger 6 7/8" target mark II
a buddy of mine has a .45 cal sig (p220?) and I seemed to be grouping pretty tight groups after a familiarization of like 3 full mags or so
For me:
Centerfire .357 grizzly mark I with 8" barrel
rimfire .22 ruger 6 7/8" target mark II
Good To See you back!!!![^]

If the gun is for carry/SD then reliability is more important than accuracy (assuming short distances).
for range work, some pistols have accuracy guarantees. I just saw an ad for one but I can't remember from who.
I'm sure someone here will know.

lots of folks dont fit well with the glock, but those that do will shoot the balls off a gnat out of the box.
i cant hardly shoot a 1911 worth a damn. just doesnt work for me, but others cant(or wont) shoot anything else.
etc etc etc.
You have to either eliminate the human factor, or find a way to test-fire all the firearms yourself.
As I said, difficult. Best, Joe
Difficult. You'd have to dig-up an article that did side-by-side comparison of auto's that were shot in a Ransom rest. You shooting a Glock, say, may be more accurate than if someone else did. You shooting a H&K may be less accurate than someone else shooting the same gun.

Why was there a ransom? Had the guns been kidnapped? [;)][:)]
it will do me!
Smith & Wesson Model 41. Well, nobody said anything about caliber, did they?
+1
