Eric, you have more trouble with Firefox than anyone I know.

Did you uninstall Firefox and reinstall then try your X-Marks restore?

You'd have to look in ZoneAlarm for this problem.

I don't know why anyone would put out their settings and such from Firefox - on a webbased service.
Just do a backup directly from FireFox.

Somehow the update of ZoneAlarm have caused some functions to be disabled - and probably some search-history to get scrapped.

Is FireFox even set up as a permitted resource in ZoneAlarm.?!?!? And to what extent.?!?

ZoneAlarm Is TRASH, it causes many more problems, than it ever solves.

    +1 to both!

    Sounds like a "Fault 20"

Fault 20 = The fault sits about 20" from the keyboard.
