And for those wondering, here's the definition you must meet in order for the gov't to consider you as being unable to afford their health insurance:

Question 6, Answer 7 - statutory exemptions to the requirement to have insurance: "You can't afford coverage because the minimum amount you must pay for the premiums is more than eight percent of your household income."
I didn't find this anywhere on the ACA website. They don't want you to know you might be exempt from this.

    Most won't be exempt, because most get a huge subsidy which lowers their out of pocket cost for the policy to virtually nothing.
