Any one own one? Any one shot one? And is the brigadier worth the extra 40 bucks for the heavier slide to reduce felt recoil?

Well..my best friend from high school is a PA State Trooper and they issue the DAO Brigadier. (for now, they are switching to 45 Gap glocks). I have shot his gun and it is one fine shooting gun with a very smooth trigger pull. Feels like a tuned revolver trigger. He is planning on buying it if they let him, he likes it much more than the Glock he is getting stuck with.
